Mr Vig serves as a director on the board of many multinational companies doing business in India.
Mr Gupte is a chartered accountant by profession, and has spent over 40 years at multinational companies and large Indian corporate, specialising in corporate finance and related matters. Mr Gupte has spent 30 years in senior management positions and was CEO of a large petrochemical company. He has spent three years as President of the largest private sector company in India( a fortune 500 company). Over the years, Mr Gupte has negotiated a large number of M&A deals and has extensive experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions. He is also on the Board of several of companies.

MR. V.S. Wahi- Advocate, Senior Advisor
Mr. V.S. Wahi, Advocate has rich and diverse experience of more than four decades in taxation, corporate and commercial laws. He is former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax and Member Company Law Board. His core competency and practice includes Corporate Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Corporate and Commercial Laws. He has been key member of several Government Committees including member of "Expert Group on Transfer Pricing", appointed by Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Mr. Wahi has written several papers and articles on taxation and corporate laws and a book on 'Transfer Pricing Law, Procedure and Documentation'.

Harish Motwani - Senior Consultant
Mr H K Motwani is a Law graduate and specialises in Indirect taxes viz. Excise, Service-tax and VAT. He has worked for more than 32 years with Siemens India, where he headed the Indirect Tax Team and supervised and guided the compliance and administration of indirect taxes. He regularly advises and guides on matters of indirect tax both on compliance and administration.
Mr Gandhi is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and that of Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India. With over 20 years of experience in taxation both domestic and international, he leads the WTS tax practice in India.
